Purchase Product Licenses

#1. Invoice, Document or Report Customization

Instant Invoice n Cashbook includes a wealth of useful reports & charts installed with the program free. It also includes the report designer that you can use to fully customize your invoice/quotation or report layouts yourself.

We also offer Invoice/ Report Design and Consultation service if you would like us to help you customize your invoices or quotations or to add a new customized report. You simply need to provide us with a sample of what you need in an Excel or Word document. We will design the report or document as specified and email the completed report or document to you. You can then easily load the file to your database. This service typically takes between 1-2 weeks depending or our workload at the time.

The fee covers consult and customization for one document or report layout. After purchasing this service, please contact us and provide us with a sample and brief description of what you need.

#2. Remote Desktop Support/ Training

We will connect to your computer and assist you remotely. Fee is for a maximum of half hour. After purchasing, please contact us at our help desk. We may be able to connect immediately. Otherwise, simply open a ticket and let us know what time you like us to connect. Our normal business hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5:00pm. (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Please also let us know which time zone you are located in.

#3. 1 Year Support Extension – Single User

All our products come with one year free helpdesk and email support included. On expiry of the free support, you can purchase a support pack extension to keep your support current.

  • Includes Help Desk and Email support for 1 year from date of purchase.
  • Re-issue of lost or misplaced license keys during the support period.
  • Free access to minor updates and maintenance releases during the support period.

Covers lookup of order and reissue of lost or misplaced license key. This is for customers who’s free support period has expired or when not covered by a support pack extension.
